What is PGT-A testing?
PGT-A testing is short for preimplantation genetic testing, which screens embryos specifically for aneuploidy. Aneuploidy is an embryo that has the incorrect number of chromosomes. An embryo should contain 23 pairs of chromosomes that include 2 sex chromosomes making the total correct number of 46.
