It sounds like a lot, but it's actually very simple. Sorry to burst your bubble, but looking in the mirror and repeating mantras is not enough. You actually have to get your subconscious to be online. You have to get into a meditative self-hypnosis state, a certain brainwave state, if you want to really effectively and efficiently create these new neural pathways in your brain and rewrite these old beliefs and these old stories that keep looping, triggering your stress response and ruining your reproductive hormone health. This is definitely something you need to do with someone who's been trained how to do it. A lot of my clients are honestly blown away by how quickly their periods return back to normal. It makes sense from an evolutionary standpoint. Why would it risk a nine-month pregnancy if there's a war or a famine going on, for example?
