According to the National Library of Medicine, it can take three to four insemination cycles, on average, per successful pregnancy. 2. Your physician may require one to two vials of donor sperm for each insemination. 3. Based on the national average, it's recommended that you purchase at least four vials per potential pregnancy. 4. If you haven't decided how many children you'd ideally like to have, it's important to start that conversation now with your physician or partner. 5.
