We created this kit to allow you to sample the magic of what your period could be with an all-natural menstrual care routine.
1. Relief Salve
Rub a generous amount on your pelvis during your menstrual cycle or anywhere muscles and joints are tense, fatigued, painful or sore. The cannabis & botanicals encourage muscle release and nourishing blood flow. For the best freshness and texture, keep your jar closed and cool when not in use. If separation occurs, stir until blended, then refrigerate.
2. Relief Melts
Keep refrigerated to ensure firmness. To open, separate one shell from the rest, then peel apart from the flat plastic tabs. Insert vaginally, rectally or both. Use at the onset of discomfort. If used for menstrual cramps, you may also experience benefits when used before your period starts. Experiment to learn what works best for your body. When possible, lie down with hips elevated for 10-20 minutes to support absorption.
3. Relief Tonic
This product is designed for oral ingestion. Start with half a dropper of tonic — about 17mg CBD – and swish the oil around your tongue, cheeks and gums before swallowing. As with any CBD product, see how you feel after about 15 minutes to an hour. (A full stomach may delay the effects, especially if you don't swish before swallowing.) If you desire stronger relief or support, gradually raise your dosage over a day or so while observing your body's response.
Every body is unique: some people benefit from just a few drops, while others might increase to as much as 2-3 full droppers over a few days before their endocannabinoid system (ECS) begins responding.
Allergens: avoid use if you (or your partner) are allergic to any ingredients. Contains coconut oil, which is considered a "tree nut."

Will these products get me high and will I fail a drug test?
Although we cannot guarantee any outcome of your test results, it is unlikely that you would test positive for anything but CBD after using our products.
Can I use Relief Melts with a condom?
Because Relief Melts are oil-based and can degrade latex and poly-isoprene, we recommend choosing oil-safe barriers like polyurethane or nitrile condoms for protection from STIs and pregnancy (or lambskin for prevention of pregnancy but not STIs).
Several major condom brands offer polyurethane condoms. Just be sure they're "poly-urethane" NOT "poly-isoprene."
Some couples enjoy the FC2 "female condom" or "internal condom" since it is less constricting, with more sensation for him and less friction for her.
How many drops is the suggested dose of Tonic?
The suggested dose to start is a full dropper, 0.5ml (ca. 10-12 small drops)
The pipette has a gradation on it for easy measuring.

Unfortunately, I didn’t have the greatest experience overall. I was very excited to receive my Foria products as I have horrendous period pain and have tried everything in search of relief. CBD was my next step. I paid for expedited shipping, a ridiculous amount, and the item still ended up coming at the same time it would have WITHOUT paying for the expedited shipping, so that was a waste of money. By the time the products arrived, it was too late to help my period, so I waited until the next month. I tried all three samples from the cramp relief kit and nothing helped. The products had some sort of calming effect but as far as pain, I felt no relief. Everyone’s body is different so hopefully these products work for someone, but it was a disappointment overall for me.

I absolutely loved using the relief salve. It feels fantastic on my feet, I like to use it after my shower. I have neuropathy that is painful and very dry feet so it's great for both those things. I tried some other things for pain but most of them are drying to my skin which works against trying to help the dryness. I don't notice much of anything with the tonic but I take several medications. The melts are great! I like all the melts. I no longer have menstrual cramps but I have plenty of pain.
