Egg Donor Eligibility

Requirements to Donate Eggs

For donor applicants, double-check our requirements to make sure you’re eligible to donate eggs with us. Here are a few.

• Being in your 20s*
• Have a BMI within the range of 18 and 29
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Possess at least a high school diploma or GED equivalent
• Be able to provide three generations of family medical history

*We accept applications from interested donors between the ages of 19 and 30, however, age requirements may vary by location.
